Grand Unity Development has fully paid up its Bt600m registered capital and plans to push ahead with two new condominium projects under the name ´U Delight´ located in Huay Kwan and Chatuchak, close to respective BTS stations.
After the success of ´U Delight Bang Sue Station´ condominium, Thanapol Sirithanachai, president of Grand Unity Development (Grand U) said the company was ready to launch the two new projects. “The company has now paid up the entire amount of Bt600m in order to prepare for investment expansion targeting areas along the Skytrain and underground routes.
“Grand U is looking to attract middle income earners with Bt1.5m to Bt2m units. The strategy has been proven by the success of our previous project U Delight @ Bang Sue Station (pictured), which is already over 90 percent occupied. Following this concept, Grand U will launch the two new condominium projects which have a combined value of over Bt3bn,” said Thanapol.
Neramit Srangiam, managing director of Grand Unity Development said that in addition to U Delight@ Bang Sue Station, the company had already launched another project under the Condo U concept called U Sabai Condominium Rama IV-Kluaynamthai. “These projects are considered successful thanks to the unique marketing strategy that promotes their excellent location, multi-function rooms and furniture designs – offering outstanding value for money. With our affordable prices, the projects will interest those in the 25 to 30 years age bracket with income between Bt30,000 to Bt60,000.”
Both projects are designed and developed under the U Living Concept that focuses on location and functionality. U Delight@ Huay Kwang Station in Soi Pracha-Uthit 5, is composed of three condominium buildings of up to 20 storeys and one building of 10 storeys housing a total of 597 units on 5 rai of land. The project is valued at Bt1.2bn.
One bedroom units at the Bt1.2bn Huay Kwang project are 41sqm and 45sqm, and two bedroom units are 64sqm. Prices start at Bt1.39m. The project also includes a 30-metre infinity-edged swimming pool, fitness club, sauna facilities, library, Wi-Fi Internet, laundry service, shuttle service to Huay Kwang MRT station and 24-hour security.
U Delight @ Jatujak Station is situated in Vibhavadee Soi 3, about 3 minutes from Jatujak MRT station and Mor Chit BTS station. There are approximately 900 units on 5 rai. The project is valued at Bt1.8bn.
Both projects are expected to be launched before the end of this year.
